Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Insertora. By creating an account or running a scan you agree to them.

1. The service

Insertora is a research tool that analyzes publicly accessible pages of websites you choose and identifies existing articles that may be relevant for contextual link placements. Insertora does not insert links into any website and does not guarantee that a publisher will accept a placement, respond to outreach, or that any link will improve search rankings.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of Insertora must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

4. Plans, credits and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each scan uses scan credits. Credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over.
• Credits for scans that fail before producing results are returned automatically according to our refund policy for scans.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Plan features, prices and limits may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect active subscriptions.

5. Results and accuracy

Relevance scores are produced by documented keyword-matching heuristics and may be incomplete or imperfect. Some pages cannot be discovered (for example, orphaned pages or pages blocked by robots.txt). You are responsible for reviewing results before acting on them.

6. Third-party content

Article text shown in results belongs to its publishers. It is displayed for research purposes only; do not republish it.

7. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scans are processed through a shared queue and wait-time estimates are not guarantees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Insertora is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
